Apartamento en Edificio Tortosa

Beautiful spacious apartment in the centre of the town. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. What a gem of a place. Spotlessly clean actually immaculate. Nice bed linen and towels, we appreciated the kettle. Nice utility room with drying rack and washing machine. We were spoilt with the toiletries provided. Nice spacious shower. Beautifully decorated throughout, very quiet. The host Pablo was quick to respond and communication was excellent. I struggled to find the key box on arrival but that was my own fault for not thoroughly reading the instructions properly.

The apartment was extremely hot, we couldn’t get the aircon to work. Ended up contacting the host. It would had started our holiday off much better if it was all on and cool for our arrival. Instead everyone was agitated and bad tempered. The host was quick to respond and was brilliant at instructions to the system. We found the system a bit noisy and couldn’t sleep the first night but then the host explained to turn off the fan connected to the system which was the noise problem. It wasn’t a usual system. Also only had one cup in the apartment for tea in the morning and no mugs. There were plenty of espresso cups but not useful for tea. It’s on the 2nd floor with no lift which was a challenge with heavy cases.

Appartement sublime , confortable, agréable , literie de qualité , belle vue sur le parc et très facile de se garer et gratuit . Mercadona a côte, les instructions données sont très clairs et facile, idem pour la climatisation, il faut juste comprendre qu il faut allumer le poste principal et ceux des chambres fonctionnent très bien.

Il manque de la vaisselle, les poêles et casseroles sont abimes, il n y avait pas de lave vaisselle comme indique et de cafetière électrique . La climatisation fait beaucoup de bruit lorsque l on la met mais ensuite c’est ok
