Lighthouse Lodge Dog Friendly Nr Sutton on Sea

I thought the property was very nice, comfortable and good value for money

Nothing

Very clean modern Left some nice touches ie towels dog treat tea coffee biscuits . Lovely people .

Only one thing the main bedroom is very small and I have mobility issues and found it difficult to get round the bed. Not really the owners fault I did not think about it until we got there. Would go again but in a larger caravan with more room.

We have stayed in this caravan before. Owners very friendly.

Unfortunately the caravan was relocated to a different site which wasn't ideal for us with 3 dogs as it is not longer within walking distance of the beach. The site is very small with fewer facilities. Caravan needs some attention as there were still things that needed attention from our visit 2 years before. A decent cleaner is also needed. The artificial grass outside also smells of dog wee. Sorry to say that I was very disappointed this time.

Highlight was the open view from the patio doors. Very relaxing to just sit with the doors open. The site was quiet and it was an easy 20 min walk along the fields to the beach at Sandilands. So this ticked all my main requirements.

All fine. Great crockery, but new saucepan set needed.
