About this apartment rental
Beautiful stone country house from 17th century, located in Sant'Agata sui due Golfi (400 m above sea level), a small and quite town only 10 minutes by car from Sorrento.
COVID 19*: All our 2 apartments and spaces are strictly disinfected as all inside spaces of eventual viruses.
You will enjoy large spaces both on the terrace with everything you need for a relaxing stay and in the 2000sqm garden where you can collect and taste the fruits of the organic garden. All items needed are on the spot if needed.
(Campania is a region and most of all Penisula Sorrentina and Massa Lubrense area were “Charming House” is located which has stayed very much untouched by the Covid problem).

"Charming House" has recently been restored with care taken to retain original features. The apartment is set in a magnificent, historical, privately-owned villa.
The property is situated in the country and it is exposed to the sun and to the sea of the Amalfi Coast it makes it a very unique place.
It takes only seven/ten minutes walkable up the hill from the apartment to reach the village center of Sant'Agata sui due Golfi where you will find Supermarkets, restaurants, bars, bakeries, pubs, pastry shop, wine bar and bus stops to Sorrento.
The property consists of two holiday rental units for rent on the groundfloor/sea view terrace in the main villa where the landlords live (on the first floor) in addition to the shared garden with olive trees, vineyard, fruit trees and private parking.
Both apartments have charm and character and a breathtaking sea views over the Amalfi Coast (South side).
They have their own private terrace/solarium filled with smelling flowers where you can spend all day relaxing yourselves drinking a bottle of local wine.
Free WIFI connection inside the apartment and outside over the wonderful sea view terrace.
Around the villa there is a garden with olive trees, vineyard, fruit trees and private parking.
A bit off the beaten path, yet close to everything, at this apartment you’ll get a glimpse of what it’s like to live in the Italian countryside. By the end of the week, you’ll be saying hello (ciao!) to familiar faces in town.
Its panoramic position with sea view makes it the ideal place to stay for those who enjoy nature and relax and it is possible to have wonderful walks along the charming peninsula's landscape as: Crapolla, baia di Ieranto, cala di Mitigliano, Punta Campanella, Marina del Cantone and Recommone. You can also make daily excursions to Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, Pompei, Capri and Ischia. The access of the Villa is quite narrow therefore we suggest you to come with a small car or use the local busses.

7. I can go on and on but the most amazing thing was the Host Isabella - SHE puts the charm in hte charming house she is kind, warm, friendly and helpful.

Isabella and her house are more than charming... we felt at home, but in a paradise landscape. From the terrace we had a great view to the sea and the nice gardens of Sant'Agata. Thanks to Isabella's tips we made the best trips to beautiful and less crowded fiords and enjoyed great meals at the restaurants that she recommended.
Isabella was all the time helpful - by planing the holiday - recommending the type of car needed on the very nice but narrow streets , by counselling us regarding where to buy the best mozzarella or which, how and when to visit famos attractions like Pompei, Capri or others.
We hope to return as soon as possible!!!
