About this house rental
Tall Cotton is a beautifully appointed 5-bedroom, 3,000+ square foot beach home located south of 30A in the heart of Seagrove Beach. Perched just steps from the sand, the home offers beautiful water views and direct beach access right out the back door.
The home features more than 700 square feet of porches, offering plenty of space for outdoor living and dining. One of our favorite spots is the second-floor porch, where you'll find a large gas grill and comfortable seating with Gulf views.
The gourmet kitchen is equipped with a 48-inch Thermador gas range, a large island, and two dishwashers, making it ideal for gathering and preparing meals for larger groups.
Inside, there are two separate living areas, providing plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The home includes two spacious king master suites. The third-floor master suite offers a private retreat complete with its own kitchenette and balcony overlooking the Gulf, featuring a swinging daybed that is perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets.
There are also two comfortable queen guest rooms and a bunk room that kids absolutely love. The bunk room includes six built-in bunks, individual charging stations, a television, and its own separate living space.
Guests also enjoy access to two pools within the Summer's Edge neighborhood.
Tall Cotton offers parking for up to four vehicles and is centrally located near the restaurants, shops, and attractions that make Seagrove Beach one of the most desirable destinations on 30A.

House could not have been in a better location. We loved the open den and huge kitchen island. Everything was well stocked and clean. We have stayed in numerous houses over the years and this one really was perfect.

We recently had the absolute pleasure of staying at this stunning Florida home, and to say it exceeded our expectations would be an understatement. From the moment we stepped through the door, it was clear this wasn’t just a house—it was an experience.We gathered to celebrate a special milestone—our kids’ 16th birthday—and this home provided the perfect setting for memories we’ll treasure forever. Spanning ages 15 to 50, every guest found their own little slice of joy. The layout was flawlessly designed for togetherness, yet spacious enough to offer quiet moments of retreat. Whether it was morning coffee with a panoramic view or late-night laughs in the open-concept living area, the space encouraged connection at every turn.And that view—truly next level. Whether you were watching the sunrise with a warm mug in hand or catching the pastel hues of sunset from the expansive balcony, it felt like a private front-row seat to nature’s finest performance.The finishes throughout the home were luxurious in the most thoughtful ways. Every detail felt curated—from the high-end fixtures and sleek countertops to the designer furniture and serene color palette. It struck a perfect balance between coastal charm and modern elegance.Location-wise, the home is incredibly convenient. A short, easy stroll to the beach made spontaneous outings a breeze, and yet the house still felt like a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle.

A week at the beach is always wonderful with family. The location of Tall Cotton with respect to the beach and neighborhood pool is great—however the extreme wear & tear was quite shocking. If you’re looking for location then this house can’t be beat. If condition is important to your vacation then you will be disappointed.
