Clean and nice rooms. Had shampoo,body wash. Small kitchen if one wants to cook simple food.Owner met us to provide key. We like Zadar better than Split. Zadar is Cleaner and less crowded.

A bit noisy due to location inside old town in Zadar. Many eateries steps away from accommodation. On weekends the crowd could be a bit noisy.

Easy to find apartment in the old town. Great directions and access information provided by the host. Shared kitchen/hallway area with two bedroom rooms off of this. Lovely rooms, that are cool and away from the hustle and bustle. Clean and comfortable, the room has everything we needed. Would happily recommend or use again. Perfect for us, as we had a late flight and were catching a ferry the next day. Easy walking distance to the ferry terminals.

a gem of a bnb: the rooms are decorated with love and care, with all the facilities you might need - from toiletries to complimentary snacks, and the bed was super comfortable! the hosts are also very welcoming and available, and while right in the historic town centre the entrance is in a very quiet and safe alley. the only pity was that I stayed just one night!

The apartment is in the old town so you are living in the center of a night life. It is not a bad thing as the windows are very good and there is not much noise coming from the street. In the room there was everything that we needed - iron, shampoo, huge set of towels, cookies, teas, coffee etc. Private bathroom. The AC was working. The hosts were nice and helpful. Bed was comfortable and clean.

Please note that you are renting just room, not whole apartment. In the room description is says "pricate apartment" which can be misleading as it seems that you would have it all for your own. And you don't, you have to share it with other tenants. And this leads to other huge inconvenient which is noise from the other room - we could hear EVERYTHING that was happening in the other room. We were staying for a week and we had different neighbours in the apartment. We could hear them talking (just chatting, not shouting), peeing, taking shower. It was horrible. We were going to bed at 10pm and we were waking up every night because someone was back home later than us. I was not mad at the neighbours as they did nothing wrong - they were just doing normal staff. But we couldn't stand the fact that we heard those people peeing. Just gross. We had to buy earplugs just to have one peaceful night. If you are going to stay there for one or two nights then this apartment will be fine, but for a longer period - avoid. I wouldn't rent it again even though I was basically just sleeping in the place, not staying during the day.
