It is a cosy little studio in the very center of Zadar old town, inner courtyard from a narrow alley. Host were extremely helpful, when we finished with the good amount of coffee capsules, we received a new box, drinking too many coffe we bought the next box ourselves, but surely we would have been provided even that... Not a huge space but efficiently arranged.
The only downside that the place is rather dark, most of the light comes through the door window. But if you are out in the town daytime, that really dos not matter much

Clean and excellent location . Very central and near to the waterfront
I thought this was a private apartment however it is a shared front door with another apartment and once on the front door is the shared kitchenette area. From that area, our bedroom doors came off of it. The people in the other property didn’t always lock the front door, once leaving it wide open

The apartment is in the old town so you are living in the center of a night life. It is not a bad thing as the windows are very good and there is not much noise coming from the street. In the room there was everything that we needed - iron, shampoo, huge set of towels, cookies, teas, coffee etc. Private bathroom. The AC was working. The hosts were nice and helpful. Bed was comfortable and clean.
Please note that you are renting just room, not whole apartment. In the room description is says "pricate apartment" which can be misleading as it seems that you would have it all for your own. And you don't, you have to share it with other tenants. And this leads to other huge inconvenient which is noise from the other room - we could hear EVERYTHING that was happening in the other room. We were staying for a week and we had different neighbours in the apartment. We could hear them talking (just chatting, not shouting), peeing, taking shower. It was horrible. We were going to bed at 10pm and we were waking up every night because someone was back home later than us. I was not mad at the neighbours as they did nothing wrong - they were just doing normal staff. But we couldn't stand the fact that we heard those people peeing. Just gross. We had to buy earplugs just to have one peaceful night. If you are going to stay there for one or two nights then this apartment will be fine, but for a longer period - avoid. I wouldn't rent it again even though I was basically just sleeping in the place, not staying during the day.
