This place was perfect for us and our two young children. We always get day passes to Mustang Island State Park for its clean beach and prohibited beach driving/parking, and the location of this rental was perfect. The bed was comfortable and the room even included a recliner that was perfect for nursing and rocking our baby.
The kitchen and washer dryer were so nice to have… an incredible stay especially at the price point!
The sofa bed needs to be replaced and several of the plugs in the master bedroom didn’t work. The bedroom could also use better blackout curtains, as the outdoor lighting shone through all night and needed to be covered with a blanket.

This place is quiet and clean. The pool is great.
The door was nearly impossible to open. The keypad on the knob only worked every 10th try or so. We had to slam the door in order to close it.
Only about half of the power outlets worked.

Great location, convenient shopping. The place was comfortable.
Upkeep needs attention plugs.didnt work. Escape route not planned out. Power outage and we had a hard time finding the stairs.
