Part of a holiday resort on the outskirts of Maastricht, this is a home in which it's nigh-on impossible to feel bored. Not only is there a sauna and a hot tub in the front garden, but there's a fantastic collection of communal amenities to take advantage of, from the covered swimming pool and play fields full of equipment to the restaurant and onsite ice cream truck. We should also mention that the home itself is rather stylish, too. The facade of glass brings in plenty of natural light and this asset is accentuated by the modern colour palette of muted greys and shiny parquet flooring. As well as that, we're also fond of the transparent fireplace, minimalist kitchen and the balcony to the rear of the home. Although there's plenty to do within the resort, the centre of the city is just over ten minutes away in the car. Here, you'll find a fantastic collection of museums, plus some noteworthy architecture in the old town. The manmade Caves Zonneberg are well worth a visit too, only a fifteen-minute drive away.
