Inviting sunlight to flood in, most of the time, this place is both illuminated and heated naturally, but on those chillier, winter days, be sure to flick on the central heating to make things extra toasty. Whether you’re planning on a day of skiing, hiking, swimming – or all three! – the large dining area presents the perfect spot to gather with friends and family as dusk settles. Lay out a scrumptious feast complete with fondue, red wine and chocolate pudding before heading to the living area for some fun and games. We love the stag cushions and the old, wooden skis hung on the wall in the dining room, but if there’s one thing we really can’t get enough of, it’s the location. In the summer, you’ll be surrounded by luscious greenery, meanwhile in the winter, fresh snow sits crisp on the mountains near and far.
