If you like your holidays to be all about spending quality time together, and enjoying the peace and quiet away from the big cities, you’ll love this home. It can be found just 350 metres from the sea in Vrist, with views of the sand dunes. It’s a quiet home with plenty of space for children to play outside while the grown-ups catch up on R&R.
In the morning, everyone can gather around the dining table together for breakfast. The dining room looks out onto the terrace and garden thanks to large patio doors, so it’s a bright space. The little ones will be desperate to get outside and play on the trampoline, so you can make your way to the sun loungers. Older children will appreciate the loft room with its own TV. In classic Danish style, there’s a sauna, and the master bathroom has a whirlpool bath – leaving here feeling well-rested is practically a guarantee.
In the late afternoon, fire up the barbecue for an early-evening alfresco feast. Watch the sun set over the dunes as you sip chilled drinks or toast marshmallows over the ashes from the barbecue.
