L'emplacement est bon, calme, non loin de Vila Garcia et Amarante. Le cadre offert par le beau jardin est très agréable ainsi que la vue. Dona Maria José a été très accueillante et serviable. Les deux salles de bain et la cuisine bien équipée.
Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans l'annonce et est une composante du prix payé, il n'y a pas de piscine. C'est une très grande déception. Nous avons loué pour la piscine. Il y a un bassin d'irrigation carrelé, ce qui n'est pas une piscine mais plutôt une grosse baignoire.
