Maison très agréable et calme avec terrasse en centre ville

Beautifully renovated townhouse with a lovely terrace. Great, central location in Angouleme - 5 min walk into town centre for shops, restaurants etc, 15-20 min walk to train station. Property was well equipped and everything was clean and tidy. Host was very helpful and accommodating and met us in person for check in. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would not hesitate to recommend this place to others!

Although the property does sleep 6, it was a bit of a squeeze with 6 adults because of the bed/room setup. The images/description were a little misleading in this regard as we had expected 3 double rooms plus a sofabed, however the sofabed is one of the double rooms counted. It would be ideal if any of the beds could be made up as twins instead of doubles, or if the living room sofa was an additional sofabed, so that the house could more comfortably sleep 6 adults. With the current setup it is best suited to a family with children or a group of 4-6 people comprising only couples.
