I liked the hotel’s convenient location near the bus stop, as well as its proximity to shops and other facilities. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the hotel itself was quiet and clean. The room was also spacious, which made the stay more comfortable. However, the breakfast was quite basic and could benefit from some improvements.

I think the hotel could improve the room décor to make it more attractive, and the breakfast could also be better. The lift is quite small as well. However, despite these minor issues, the hotel still offers good value for the price. They should consider adding a phone in the room so guests can easily contact staff if needed, as it may feel unsafe being alone without one in case of an emergency. Additionally, the beds were not very comfortable and could be improved by replacing them or adding mattress toppers to enhance comfort.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel was very clean and well organized, and everything was comfortable and well maintained. What impressed me the most was how friendly and helpful everyone was. Even as two girls traveling alone, we felt completely safe and well treated at all times. Everyone was respectful, kind, and professional. The hotel owner is especially kind and caring, and it’s clear that he truly cares about his guests’ comfort. I truly felt at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone.

Location is great!

Staff don't speak English, unfortunately. Reception area is quite messy and sometimes I saw staff members sleep right in front of reception- never seen that before. Breakfast was not worth it- very poor, only tea/coffee, cottage cheese, cheap bread and grapes. The area is very noisy - it was not a problem to us, but be aware as it is not suitable for families or if you are looking for a relaxed stay.
