About this villa rental

A newly built semi-detached 4 bedroom villa, private pool, garden, amazing sea and country views, air-conditioning, free WiFi.



This property, newly built in a traditional style and finished to a high standard, is excellently situated on the outer boundaries of a rustic village.



Besides having all modern amenities inside the accommodation, the property comes with its own private pool and mature gardens, a rare combination in a holiday Home.



At the end of the garden a BBQ area has been set up, complete with fridge and toilet facilities.



The sleeping arrangements are on two floors and cater for at least 8 adults; a master bedroom, with unobstructed sea and country views, complete with ensuite facilities and a sofa bed ideal for small children, and two twin bedrooms serviced by an adjacent shared bathroom.



An uncommon feature of the house is a stone spiral staircase leading to a double bedroom with an ensuite twin jet family shower. This bedroom enjoys private terraces with spectacular surrounding views.



The 2 car garage is also equipped with a table tennis.





Additional services:



Included in this accommodation: All beds will be prepared with the appropriate bed linen, along with extra blankets in the wardrobes should you need further layers. In addition to this, you will also be provided with Two towels per person – which will be placed on the beds ready for use.



Maid service is included when you book for 8 nights or more.



The open plan kitchen dining living and the bedrooms are equipped with AC units that are available with an electronic coin system (€1 & €2 coins) installed at property with a screen to display the credit remaining, each AC unit consumes around € 2.50 per night.



We will also provide all bookings with 1x dishwasher tablet and 1x washing machine tablet per night of your stay.



Flights to Malta and ferry crossing to our island of Gozo:



Land in Malta International Airport and than ferry crossing to Gozo. We can offer Car Hire and/or Direct Transfers from Airport to property after making the booking by completing our flight arrival and departure details form.

A mandatory fully refundable security deposit will be temporary held from a valid debit/credit card as follows:



€ 200 for up to 6 adults and

€ 400 from 7 adults and up for properties with private pool



This amount is needed to cover for the following:



Any damages (excluding normal tear and wear)

Any missing items from the property

Any excessive noise that can create a nuisance to neighbours.



This amount will be temporary blocked from the card provided when prompted by our automated email system, and released automatically within 3-7 days of checkout. Baron Holiday Homes have 48 hours from checkout to report any damage or missing items to guest in writing.



Please respect your neighbours during holiday with us, may we remind you that any loud noise is not permitted at any time during your stay.

The only thing was that the pool was murky but still could swim...will definitely return to have another stay though!!

Nice kitchen, all very clean, great communication with Baron Holidays. Extra pool towels were provided, enough toilet paper and trash bags, dish washer tabs. Tennis table ball was broken, pool had fresh clorine and took one day to clear which is okay since it was clean. To have salt/pepper would have been nice.

Hanini exceeded all expectations. The villa is spacious, light, tastefully decorated and well equipped. We loved the open-plan kitchen/diner/living room which opens onto the patio and pool. The patio provides ample space for alfresco dining and for 4 sun loungers and a parasol. The pool itself is compact but is large enough for swimming. The garden beneath the raised deck is an unexpected bonus and features a brick bar b q and the option of dining in the shade of a mature olive tree. The garden is well maintained, with trees, shrubs and flowers. The raised deck offers views of the sea on one side and of the village of Nadur on the other. As we were in residence at the time of Nadurs summer festival, we were treated to spectacular displays of fireworks every evening. The interior of the property is finished to the same high standard as the outside. The kitchen is well equipped, the furnishings are comfortable and stylish, and the ceiling fans and air conditioning units maintain a cool, airy ambience even on the hottest days. The two double bedrooms have their own en suites, while the two twin bedrooms share a family bathroom. You have the choice of showers or a bath. The double bedrooms lead onto spacious balconies. Finally, Hanini is superbly located on the edge of the village but within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars. We spent a wonderful week there and would recommend it without reservation.
