What a lovely property, in the charming little town of bar Sur Seine. We needed to stay overnight as we were picking our car up from a garage in the town the next morning - we found this property and thought it looked good... and it was! Double bed and sofa bed, well equipped kitchen, and a good bathroom. All perfect.
This is not a "didn't like" point, just a note to help others... Access information says "once in the courtyard" - but we didn't immediately see where this meant! You need to look for "4 Bis" on the building, and go through the metal gates to the left of "La Maison des Services" into the courtyard - the steps to the property are on the right at the end.

Alloggio pulito arredato abbastanza modernamente (rinnovato)
Si tratta di una mansarda al secondo piano di stabile della tradizione locale (tipo case a Colombage) con anzianità di qualche secolo
Riteniamo non sia molto adatto ad un soggiorno giornaliero.
Atteggiamento poco gentile da parte del gestore nei contatti necessari per avere la chiave perchè facendo una prenotazione per 1 notte all ultimo minuto ci erano sfuggite alcune particolarità della tipologia di affitti ossia la richiesta di una caparra importante che credevano non applicabile per il soggiorno di una notte.
Dopo aver fatto il bonifico istantaneo abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà ad entrare nell'alloggio (scale disastrate antiche in legno a chiocciola scarsamente illuminate e difficoltà a capire il meccanismo di rilascio della chiave risolte comunque dal gestore inviandoci un video)
Oltre a questo un atteggiamento abbastanza ossessivo nel rispettare i beni presenti nell'alloggio e la richiesta di lasciare ESATTAMENTE l'alloggio cosi come era stato trovato (Forniti aspirapolvere, scope e detersivi vari.....)
Queste istruzioni essendo particolarmente dettagliate come un capitolato ci sono sembrate vessatorie perlomeno per persone educate come pensiamo di essere noi.
Le strade del quartiere sono oltremodo strette e bisogna fare molta attenzione a parcheggiare.
In conclusione appartamento discreto, ma limitazioni ed adatto a famiglie per soggiorni medio lunghi
