Good location
One of the toilet in our unit is super smelly, although the cleaner washed it after we requested, it was still smelly after a few hours.
The whole apartment is getting worse and lack of proper maintenance, perhaps due to long list of owners who did not pay the maintenance fees. Swimming pools are dirty.
