Host was very quick on responding queries, apartment was very close to RER (takes to effiel tower) and Train station (takes to Gare Du Nord) in 35-40 mins, clear instructions to check-in.
Apartment is good for 3 people, we were 5 including a kid, so it was little uncomfortable, location is far away from paris central, could be a problem to get public transport after late night and late check-in too.

Lovely cottage. Centrally located especially if you are using public transport
At first the location seemed a bit questionable, however it was perfect. Within walking distance to the train. A variety of shops nearby. Really friendly people at the shops. Alain was super helpful and assisted with all my questions

Exceptional
Clean apartment, with hot shower, TV, kitchen, comfortable bed.. Etc. The host is very professional and helpful if needed. The little suburb itself is quiet and has everything you'll need, very close to a bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, bus station and train station. The RER H or C brings you in the middle of Paris in around 35mn. I also took the bus and after 10mn I was trekking in the Montmorency forest.

Toaleta nefunctionala tot sejurul .... 3 persoane....

Toaleta nu a functionat de la inceput. Am anuntat imediat proprietarul ca nu merge toaleta (infundata) si a adus o ventuza de desfundat pe care ne-a lasat-o afara. .Am incercat eu sa desfund dar nu am reusit. Am stat 4 zile fara toaleta( 2 adulti si un adolescent) timp in care nu s-a facut nimic pentru a remedia situatia. Cand am ajuns acasa dupa sejur am primit mesaj de la proprietar ca a fost rezolvată problema. Per total s-a scuzat cei dinaintea noastră nu l-au anuntat deci sunt doua posibilități : 1 nu a facut curat in baie(toaleta) 2 știa ,dar s-a prefăcut ca nu știe de problema Am scris aici nu pentru a face rău proprietarului ci pentru a face un bine următorilor chiriași. La dus era desfacuta o parte de plastic de la cabina.. In camera mergea doar unul din becuri ... Parcare : la 300 m in parcarea garii (putin luminata noaptea) Acces pe strada privata , acces in curte pe langa casa proprietarului ,trotuar cu o lățime de 1 metru cu plante necuratate trebuia sa ma las in jos pe tru a trece (bine ca nu a plouat). Pe deasupra trece tot traficul aerian de la Charles de Gaulle, dar pentru noi nu a fost o problema ca eram foarte obositi cand ajungeam la cazare.
