A single-story cottage available exclusively to guests, sleeping up to 4 people.
Total area of 50 m², featuring 2 adjoining bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a double bed (brand-new queen-size bed) and a children’s bedroom with 2 bunk beds or that can be used as an office. The property is located a 5-minute drive from the racetrack and Lake Enghien, and 15–25 minutes from the Stade de France. You’ll appreciate the location, which is close to all the amenities of downtown. The Auchan shopping center is a 1-minute walk away and accessible from the apartment: continue for 10 meters, and on your left, a small gate leads directly into the store. The covered market is a 5-minute walk away and is open on the following days (Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday). Please note: the apartment is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. However, an ashtray, table, and chairs will be available on the porch for smokers.
The accommodations are ideal for couples, business travelers, and families (with children); we can provide a travel crib for new parents upon request. The property is located on a dead-end street where parking is easy (free parking).

Perfect stay during the olympics. Very quiet neighborhood with supermarket around the corner. Good access to public transportation. Nice little terasse. Ideal for family of four. Reasonable price despite olympics.

Lovely location on a quiet street with parking outside and a large supermarket just 2 doors away. Convenient for cafes and restaurants in Eaubonne and a short walk (15 minutes) to the train station with multiple lines direct into the city. Compact but functional accommodation for a family of 4 with all the facilities you would require for a short break. There is no washing machine (which is listed) but there is a dishwasher which is probably more useful for short stays.
Hadil is a helpful host who answers all questions quickly.

A lovely little property in a quiet area.host always on hand with any questions we had and very helpful and good English.supermarket on your doorstep and local bus too.needs a smoke alarm in property for safety.a welcome pack with local attractions and up to date food places to visit.an all over pleasant stay.thank you so much !!

We had a great time at this location. Good train connections to different places at Paris, a very friendly English speaking host and a nice surrounding at Eaubonne. The appartment is perfect for family with two children. Supermarche is just around the corner, and the street is very quite at the same time.
