ROUDA luxury retreat am Kronplatz

The hotel has its own parking spots right in front of it; the staff was more than welcoming - we went by car and the arrival time kept changing because of traffic, we didn't know if we would make it before 8pm and they had kindly arranged a locker box outside for us to pick up the keys! The spa area is great! There's dry and wet saunas, a lounging area, tea and a red light thing I forgot how it's called :D It was great after a day of hiking, I imagine is amazing for when you ski/snowboard in the cold. It's true is from 4 to 8pm, but we didn't mind that. Our room had a fully equipped kitchen, and while we did not cook, we could have. We did appreciate being able to prep breakfast, coffee and sandwiches for the hikes in the morning! and when I say room, I mean like a studio apartment with a kitchen, lounge area and bedroom + a nice terrace. The cleaning service came twice in 4 days, and did not pick up garbage - but I think that might be part of the house rules cause there's a door marked as access to bins and we used that to drop our sorted garbage before we left :) There's a few restaurants within walking distance, and buses that can take you to the further ones, if you want to be able to enjoy a drink!

مكان نظيف جداً سكن واسع موقعه ممتاز بفالدورا المطبخ شبه متكامل ويفي بالغرض يوجد في الدور السفلي غرفة غسيل مقابل 10 يورو يعطونك الكرت وتغسل الملابس وتجفف لين تخلص المبلغ واحد اذا بنفس اليوم لو تغسل اكثر من غسله حنا تقريبا اخذنا غرفة الغسيل مدة 5 الى 6 ساعات اللي يهمه الاطلاله اطلالة المكان عاديه قدام السكن نهر شبه جاف وتغطيه الاشجار ويوجد بلكونه بسيطه

I didn’t try any facilities in hotel . The place is good and comfortable and you can find supermarket just 3 min driving and also there are good restaurants near by the hotel. The area is so calm and good for people don’t like the crowds.

The only thing which I didn’t like , when I entered my room there was a really bad smell in it and the smell stays until my check out . The smell clearly I can tell from cooking. Also there bad smell in lobby area
