The property is in a good location and has lovely views. Lots of room and a well equipped kitchen.
The backyard was not very clean, full of leaves, sticks and lots of spiders and the outside table was very dirty which we had to clean before little ones could go outside. The front balcony also needed to be cleaned. There was 2 draws in the main bedroom that where full of clothes that must have been left behind by the last lot of guests. The 3rd bedroom upstairs had a lovely lamp but no power point in the room to plug it into

The location was beautiful, great views and close to the venue we were at
The driveway is very steep it wasn’t easy to unpack the car. We had to park in the street

Location was great for the country club and getting to Nelson Bay and Fingal Bay, hot tub was wonderful, size of the house was good.
Lacking in basic cleaning products, hand wash, lots of little things wrong, house is very tired, needs a major overhaul. Kitchen utensils need to be checked, several damaged crockery items. Smelly drain in en suite.
