Location. Cozy cabin. Mornings and evening sitting on the front porch with coffee and cocktails.
Was very warm on hot days and uncomfortable. The portable window a/c helped some but not much. Unfortunately, road construction crew directly across the street interfered with the mountain peace over 3 days. 7 am deck redo next door woke us up early with power saw and floor grinder noise. Upstairs bathroom very small and inconvenient for our guests.

Great location, comfortable with nice extras Horseshoe and cornhole
Tv was spotty, not always able to get connection.
