The location, the cleanliness of the facilities. The Property Management was very accommodating as the communication with the owner. Very comfortable.

The guests below us were cigar smokers and the smoke carried up in to the condo.

The location was great for our hiking adventure. The host was very responsive to the issues we had with the unit. The unit itself was so cute and the beds were comfortable.

One of the entrance screen doors was very hard to open. I just think it needs to be replaced. We notified the host so she could advise the owner. This unit would be perfect with air conditioning. I'm sure the description said no AC and I probably missed it. There were plenty of fans to keep the air moving though and it did cool off nicely in the evening.

Extremely clean unit & freshly painted; my wife thought the decor was refreshingly up-to-date cabin chic. New-updated appliances/kitchen cabinets w/granite countertops & the balcony was great little area to have breakfast & coffee. Well stocked kitchen as far as dishes, pans, and various cups and glasses. Well stocked bathrooms with plenty of towels; soap/shampoo etc. Well stocked bedrooms with plenty of new sheets/blankets/pillows. Great to have a washer & dryer in the unit as well to wash our dirty hiking clothes; detergent & dryer sheets were provided too, which was a definite plus!

Communication!! too many levels and different policies at each! Booking.com, Evolve, the owner, host and ourselves. I booked on Friday afternoon with a (Total cost) stated. There were no questions about dogs at this pet-friendly site. On the 4th email sent, which after 3 that basically said the same stuff, I found my dog was an amenity and would cost $118. I did not read these emails until the following Monday when it was too late to back out! This practice is really deceiving! When I called I got different stories including the following: You actually had 48 hours to cancel, but it's now too late. We can put your money on a 3 year credit that you can use in the future on Booking.com etc. She also stated the dog fee was only $100, I asked why cheaper then the $118 stated in the email, She said the $118 was the final cost with taxes and fees, Turned out to be $125 and change! Again what's the truth? PLEASE communicate upfront truthfully! Three days prior too our departure to the site I sent an email with 4 questions and 3 were answered incorrectly! Asked about entry code and received it and it was wrong. Fortunately the host answered quickly and we didn't have to wait too long at the door. Next we ask about coffee and filter type for the coffee maker pictured b/c we planned to bring our own ground coffee and were told all was on site. When we arrived it was a different coffee maker (k-cup) and there was just apple cider and teas. NO COFFEE k-cups. I called again within 60 minutes of arrival and received no answer, so after going out to eat that night (see below) I headed to the store to buy a package of k-cups, since we had brought ground coffee based on the picture given on the site. We also asked about the BBQ and were told the tools were in the kitchen and we could not find them. So this changed our Thursday night plans and headed out to dinner and then to store for missing items. The next day I found the BBQ tools on the grate in the BBQ.
