We had no check-in instructions. They were emailed only an hour before our arrival while we were in transit! The booking was for Superior Cabin but the units were not named like that it was Unit 4.
The coffee pot didn't have a carafe but it didn't work anyway.

great fireplace, jet tub, full kitchen, comfortable bed, easy parking, great host, great location, quiet
Would have liked to have at least a few cleaning supplies in cabin. only dish soap available and broom but no dust pan. I would like to see pet deposit reflect per stay, not per pet per stay. 1 dog or a couple shouldn't generally make much difference to require a per pet cost.

Contactless check in and check out.
Transparent window in the bathroom with a sheer curtain that only covered half of it. All the curtains are thin and let in an abundant amount of outside light, so cabin always has light. This doesn't work for people who need darkness for a good night's rest.
