管理者との接点が全くないので少し不安でした

So cozy on arrival, nice little home away from home

Private, comfortable and warm sleeping room with shared facilities. Good value. Location great if you have a car, I imagine it might be bit tricky without when it's winter and snowing.

The mattresses on the bunks were a little hard, but fine for a couple of nights.

The location was great! It was pretty close to the bus stop, it was a fifteen minutes walk from the supermarket, and it was surrounded by beautiful rice fields! Plus, there was a problem, and I emailed the lady in charge and she took care of it pretty quickly, and she was very nice, too

The kitchen was kind of lacking, in my opinion. The sponge was sticky and gross, and so were all of the dishes - I had to ask for the woman in charge for a new sponge, so I could wash the dishes properly. Plus, there was almost zero cooking equipment - no oven or toaster oven and just one pan, no normal plates, no butter knives. The shower was really unpleasant - it was a room with wood boards on the floor, and the conditioner, shampoo and body wash were in a basket on the floor. The apartment had two heaters, but I couldn't really figure out how to turn the big one on, and the little one that was in my room began spreading a smoky smell. The lack of heating didn't bother me at the first day, but on the second day I was FREEZING. Plus, it was one of those places where you do a self check in, and there were no other people there, so it got a little too quiet sometimes
