About this apartment rental
Three-room apartment for 4 persons on the first floor, with a breathtaking view over the countryside to the sea. Approximately 55 m2: one double bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds, living room, satellite TV, kitchenette (fridge, microwave) and dining table, bathroom with shower, hairdryer. Fan, Wi-Fi connection.
The price includes gas, electricity, water, bed linen and towels, final cleaning, Wi Fi included. Not included and to be paid on the spot: use of washing machine, heating according to consumption, additional bed linen and towels.
This small, old hamlet is located in Pomaia, a medieval village on the hills of the Etruscan coast. The nearest beaches are in Castiglioncello (14 km) or Vada (16 km).
The holiday resort offers a beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside and the Tuscan archipelago. This very well maintained and comfortable holiday complex has about 30 tastefully furnished apartments of various sizes, which meet all individual requirements. They are tastefully decorated, each with its own garden or terrace, Wi-Fi connection.
Guests are offered a restaurant with bio-Tuscan cuisine, a bar, a pizzeria, a ping-pong table, a children's playground, a laundry room, a barbecue area and a swimming pool (12 x 8 m, open from June to September) as well as a children's pool.
Surroundings and distances: The city center of Pomaia is 1 km away; Here you will find a café, a small supermarket, a pharmacy and a bank. The world-famous Tibetan Buddhist center, Tzong Khapa, is 600 meters away and offers the opportunity for inter-religious encounters and relaxation. Volterra is 48 km away, Pisa 60 km and Bolgheri 40 km. For the youngest (and not only): we recommend the water park Acqua Village in Cecina (20 km) or the amusement park Cavallino Matto in Marina di Castagneto (40 km). On-site, you can book mountain bike, horseback or quad bike tours.

Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir mit der Ferienwohnung (App. 17) recht zufrieden.
Positiv:
- deutschsprachige Betreuung vor Ort, sehr gut erreichbar
- Sauberkeit der Wohnung und des gesamten Geländes sowie des Pools
- kostenlose und ausreichende Versorgung mit WLAN
- tolle Aussicht vom Balkon bis zum Meer
- erholsamer Schlaf in ganz ordentlichen Betten (das Zusatz-Schlafsofa hatte die besten Zeiten hinter sich)
- Restaurant in der Anlage (allerdings gehobenes Preisniveau); Pizzen (auch außer Haus) sind sehr gut
Nicht so toll:
- Wohnung ist kleiner und enger als die Bidler vermuten lassen
- Keine Klimaanlage vorhanden
- Küche eher spärlich ausgestattet
- sehr kalkhaltiges Leitungswasser
- das Straßennetz rund um Pomaia ist sehr marode (viele Schlaglöcher etc.)
