About this villa rental
Independent villa with 9 beds, totally fenced, large outdoor spaces, free WI-FI network for unlimited internet connection, lawn with above ground oval pool with dimensions of mt. 7.50x3.75 and garden with olive trees of approx. About 1500 All of exclusive enjoyment.
The square surrounding the villa on three sides is of approx. About 500 and can also be used for parking cars in the shade of the Canadian vine pergola.
The front porch, with a masonry structure and extended with a metal gazebo covered with bamboo canes for a further 4 linear meters, is equipped with 2 tables both for 8 people with relative armchairs / chairs and with outdoor seating. A large shaded space where you can, in comfort, have lunch, dinner and spend pleasant and quiet days / evenings.
All rooms are individually air-conditioned.
On the back side of the villa there is an outdoor shower, with hot water always available, produced by solar panel.
On the whole perimeter of the building there is adequate external lighting, very intense in the porch area; in addition, all the windows are fitted with mosquito nets.
It is composed of 3 large and airy bedrooms with 3 double beds and 3 single beds (3 + 3 + 3) for a total of 9 very comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms with shower and hot water, entrance-living room with built-in kitchen , complete with wall units, 3-drawer fridge with freezer, washing machine, "32" Smart TV with satellite decoder, CD radio, electric oven and microwave, iron, ironing board, phone and various crockery.
Large areas of Mediterranean scrub and olive groves, in which the villa is immersed, and access by private road, allow guests to enjoy maximum relaxation, tranquility and privacy.
Bed linen is provided on request, at a cost of € 20.00 for sheets with a double bed with pillowcases and € 15.00 for single bed sheets with a pillowcase.
Distance from the sea (with view from the villa) about 1,200 mt. Sandy beach with dunes, about 5 km long, with large stretches of free beach and others with a beach equipped with umbrellas and deck chairs.
In the immediate vicinity, at about 800 meters, there are shops of all kinds that allow you to enjoy a stay in comfort. Sunday is characterized by the market where you can find everything and typical local products.
A daily scheduled service with bus, ensures the connection with the major centers of Salento (Lecce, Gallipoli, SM di Leuca, Otranto) and at a distance of a couple of km you can have other services of public interest such as credit institutes, ready medical assistance and so on.
There is the possibility of attending diving courses or renting specific equipment to carry out the same as well as to rent boats and make excursions to the sea with destination the wonderful caves of S. M. di Leuca.
Torre Pali is about 10 Km from S. M. di Leuca, about 40 Km from Gallipoli and about 70 Km from Lecce.
Wide expanses of soft sand alternating with low cliffs and easily passable, characterize the marina of Salve, located along the Ionian side. It is a very special place, with scenarios of pristine beauty. Among the most famous destinations in this stretch of coast we have the beautiful Torre Pali and Pescoluse, to which, from the 6th consecutive year, he was awarded the prestigious "BLUE FLAG" award.
