Tenuta Vigna Corte is a tourist residential complex that extends over hilly terrain, fenced for about 40,000 square meters and located on the "Mucorone", one of the three hills of Ruffano (LECCE), an ancient and suggestive Salento village located in the greenhouses of Salento (an extension of the murge of Puglia).
The town of Ruffano, located in the center-south of the Salento peninsula, is equidistant (about 15-20 km) from the most exclusive beaches of the Ionian Sea (Torre San Giovanni, Maldives of Salento, Green Bay of Gallipoli etc.) and from the unrepeatable bays rocks of the Adriatic Sea (Marina Serra di Tricase, Marina di Castro and Marittima, Marina di Novaglie, Santa Maria di Leuca, etc.).
Tenuta Vigna Corte, includes four real estate units, immersed in a green pine forest and in typical Mediterranean vegetation, on terraces of land articulated on several levels and delimited by characteristic dry stone walls.
From the two entrance avenues connected by an internal private road you can access the 4 housing units:
1) the "House in the pine forest", offers 3 comfortable air-conditioned double bedrooms (an independent room on the ground floor with private bathroom, and 2 bedrooms on the first floor, served by bathroom, relaxation room and panoramic veranda) and lounge - kitchen, with induction hob (ground floor).
2) the "white house", offers a double bedroom with private bathroom; it has an equipped outdoor kitchenette, with stone barbecue and a private patio with outdoor tables.
3) in a more panoramic position, along the private road you reach the "Ancient stone house 1", completely restored in accordance with the original construction features, it has a two-pitched roof made of wood and tiles, and retains the ancient retaining walls .
It consists of a fresh and silent double bedroom, a living-dining room, a private bathroom, a kitchenette and a panoramic veranda. It has a stone sitting room from where you can admire the Salento countryside as far as the eye can see to the sea, sunbathe, enjoy an aperitif or dine under the stars.
4) the "Ancient stone house 2", always in a panoramic and private position, consists of two double bedrooms, two private bathrooms and a kitchenette, a spacious and reserved outdoor patio, with tables and barbecue, always underneath the stars.

Indimenticabile il ns soggiorno presso Tenuta Vigna Corte. Abbiamo potuto godere del meraviglioso parco, e del grande patio per pranzi e cene all'aperto.
Gli appartamenti, ristrutturati di recente, sono arredati in modo molto essenziale ma altrettanto raffinato.
Un'isola di pace e tranquillità a pochi passi dal centro di Ruffano e a circa mezz'ora da splendide spiagge.
Segnaliamo la simpatia e la disponibilità del Sig. Roberto, l'amministratore della tenuta, sempre presente in caso di necessità.

Abbiamo soggiornato in agosto in questa proprietà. Il parco che la circonda e' grande e rigoglioso, le case sono molto belle, spaziose e ben ristrutturate. Il signor Roberto è stato molto disponibile e attento alla nostre esigenze.
Ci torneremo.
