We enjoyed our stay.
The cottage was lovely, the town is pretty and walking distance from the property. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
However, there’s a few bits of feedback we’d like to share to hopefully improve another persons stay. On booking.com and when we got to the cottage in the welcome book it says a cot and highchair are provided. When I emailed to ask for this in advance, I was informed these couldn’t be provided and we had already paid for the booking upfront so we were unfortunately unable to make changes. We suggested they update the information on the website. As two mums with babies, this was partly why we booked the cottage as it seemed to cater for children. There weren’t any bins provided in the bedrooms, so we were having to bring nappies down to the bathroom or kitchen bins. There also wasn’t any fairy liquid or kitchen towel provided to wash and dry bottles which are pretty standard products to have in a rental property. It’s also worth noting the property is on a very steep hill so isn’t ideal for families and finding a place to park nearby can be difficult. The bed on the second floor could be updated as it creeks so wasn’t very comfortable.

It was so enjoyable to spend time in a cottage that diffently had a "history". Just lovely!!!
Liked the cleanliness, location in a small village, restaurants walking distance. And, that there were some kitchen condiments to prepare a meal. And, a washer and DRYER!
Since the Cottage has 4 sets of stairs; it would not be suitable for those unable to clime stairs or for a family of very small children.
