Overpriced, below minimum standards for the price.
It was very convenient for staying within the town.
It was quirky but fun in its set up.
The photos depicted are correct to a point. After having stayed in a number of accom locations booked on the website over the last 3 1/2 months ranging from 5* to hostels this one has been the worst. I have chosen to not share photographs of the negatives raised as I believe the review I am leaving is going to be pretty clear.This stay fell so far below the standard, especially after reading previous reviews.The details provided by the accom stated it had free parking out the front or down the road, also check-in was 3pm, this was not the case which I was informed of on the day of arrival. I pointed this out and amazingly the information was changed on the booking website straight after I questioned them.Details provided of where to find keys was a frustrating endeavour with the building showing a plaque stating a different name on it, a blue door to gain entrance to said building in a street with multiple blue doors along the entire street and rubbish bins covering the lock box. This was just the start of the issues.The carpets are filthy, the home was covered in dust throughout. Lamps are positioned in places which cannot be plugged in - ridiculous! The mattresses in the rooms were so uncomfortable and really need to be replaced.The bedroom heaters did not work at. The toilet seat downstairs was not fitted correctly so that was an experience. The shower water temp was tepid at best. As per the rental agreement I was required to complete I contacted the accom regarding a large number of issues and provided photos as evidence. An apology was provided and the offer of the cleaner to return to address to fix a few of the issues with a late checkout.We accepted the offer of the cleaner. Honesty it is clear they require as much time as possible to fix the no. of issues and to actually clean the accom thoroughly, at the very least finish painting it! Such a disappointing stay and one I would not recommend if you some standards.
