The price-performance ratio for Stockholm area is one of the best discovered on Booking.com. The flat is clean and equipped with everything that is needed.

We did not like the fact, that according to the information given a check-in is possible until 22:00. This is wrong. It is definitely possible to do a late check-in with the code received. We asked explicitly the owner in advance. However, to have this possibility one needs to do the booking beforehand and in order to be safe, we booked with the possibility of cancellation. Because of this, we spent 1000 SEK extra. Second thing we didn't like, is the SMS we got with the offer of a late check-out: "Hi Robert! I would like to share the cleaning company’s offer regarding late check-out. They charge 500 SEK for express cleaning and this allows you to stay in the apartment until 1 pm tomorrow. Please let me know if you wish to have this! The offer is valid only today." It is important to note EXPLICITLY that the room will be cleaned anyway and is just about the late check-out. We thought if we do not accept the offer, we would be obligated to clean the room by ourselves, so we asked in what condition will the room be expected. We got no answer from the owner! The way the SMS has been formulated leaves room for misinterpretation and one can think that if the (optional) room cleaning gets booked, a late check-out is given as an additional benefit. The SMS should be reformulated, so one knows what will happen if the offer does not get accepted!

Schöne neue große Unterkunft. Mit schlafmöglichkeiten für bis zu 5 Personen. Man ist innerhalb von ca. 30 min. in der Innenstadt.

Leider nicht klimatisiert. Im Sommer wird es sehr warm drinnen und wenn man nachts alle Fenster aufmacht ist es relativ laut vom Straßenverkehr. Küche ist meines Erachtens etwas zu wenig ausgestattet bezüglich Geschirr und Besteck.
