Very nice apartment with good facilities. Great view of the Cathedral. Very good location in the old city. Kitchen, washing machine. One bedroom with double bed and another with bunk beads. Lift. Hot water. Electric plugs in useful places. Dining table and sofa.
We kept the hosts up to date on our arrival (by train). When we arrived there was nobody there for an hour. When someone did arrive we were told that someone had been booked in our room by mistake. We eventually got let in but wasted a couple of hours that we would have used to check our eclipse site (we had come for the solar eclipse). The room needed cleaning having been inhabited for a short period but that was done the same day while we were out. No problems after the initial arrival.

Forgot to double check but check-in time of 4pm was way too late for our 1pm arrival.

Location is prime. It's right in the historic district. There's everything you need within a walking distance. The bus station is a very convenient 10 minute walk. We were able to check in earlier, which was excellent. They had snacks, coffee and a bottle of wine for us. Viviane was very welcoming and gave us excellent tips on attractions and restaurants. Don't be fooled by the curb appeal. The apartment and the building are really nice on the inside.
The shower head was not working, only the hand shower.
