It's really hard to write a short review. The villa is quite nice, but there are many "but", for example: - in one bedroom the floor is so curved, that while layng in bed your head is below legs, even if you have ghead on pillows - we had to keep one room closed, because of bad smell from sewage or something similar - 'obligatory pool maintenance' - we didn't know about it, on our rental details provided on check-in was information about maintenance on wendesday, but no one came. So i asked Karat customer sevice about it, they said that maintenance is on Tuesday, in fact - someone came on Thurstday. - the villa really needs some repair works, not just painting - it looks like construction issue - some part of the floor is below than the rest, walls are cracked - the building settles into the ground - cleaing - window curtains are full of old stains, it looks like no one ever changed them - lack of power outlets - only one outlet in the kitchen (to use with coffee maker, kettle - you have to choose between coffee or tea) - problem with wifi - there are 3 or 4 routers, but only one is properly configured, the rest are just connected to power source
