Beautiful villa in an elevated position with lovely views and off road parking.The villa is exactly as the pictures depict. We would not hesitate to rebook or recommend. Host left wine and chocolates for our arrival. Pool was heated at our request and a lovely temperature.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! It was spotless, beautifully designed, and every bedroom came with its own en-suite bathroom, which was super convenient. There’s even a separate suite downstairs with its own kitchen and bathroom—perfect for extra privacy.The pool was always warm and inviting, and the shaded backyard with a large table and cozy lounge area was great for relaxing when the terrace got too sunny. The kitchen was fully equipped, including a wine fridge, and having a washing machine made longer stays very convenient.The location was excellent—just a 5-minute walk downhill to Siam Mall and right next to the water park. Renting an e-scooter (available nearby) made getting to the beach quick and easy in 5-10 minutes.Our host Marina was incredibly friendly and always quick to respond to any questions.I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again if I return to Tenerife!

The location of this apartment is superb for Siam Mall and Water Park. It is only 15 minutes from the Airport and walking distance to the beach. We had a fantastic stay, there is so much space for a family and great indoor space too at night to relax. It was unfortunate that during our stay the villa next door was undergoing refurbishment which meant lots of noise (tile cutting in particular) from 0900-1530hrs each day. We tried to go out during the day, but it would have been nice to make use of the covered spaces and pool during the mid day sun. Overall, I would thoroughly recommend this property for its location, space and amenities.
