The Chapel Loft - with parking

We loved everything about this apartment. It was decorated beautifully and equiped so that we had everything we needed for our visit to be wonderfully relaxing.

Colourful flamboyant style, big double bath, location.

Exposed lead on roof sitting area, that people, most especially children, are likely to touch while eating and drinking. Two beds in same space without privacy between them, mezzanine style with tricky access to the raised bed in one bedroom; cave like feel to the other bedroom. Also pressure applied to pay for damage insurance for short stay, by the agency managing the property.

The location was perfect for us. Bus also available if needed. Flat was very comfortable and the fans were an absolute bonus.

Everything..it was exactly as described.

No information pack on arrival & we could not access anything online either. This resulted in us receiving a parking ticket for parking in the wrong place! This was easily avoidable by explaining the parking before arrival or better still leaving a note with the plastic fob which was randomly left on the dining table, apparently this was for the electric gates at the rear of the property & our private parking space! The only thing that ever mentioned the word ‘parking’ was an email received 20 minutes after our arrival & then all it did was point us towards what it said was an information page..which we could not find! When we got our ticket on the Wednesday night I called your customer services & they sent me a text msg which simply explained everything. Why couldn’t we have been sent this before we arrived, if we had then we wouldn’t have received a parking fine of £35! This really spoilt our stay & your customer services team weren’t bothered at all. What was even more ridiculous is that someone had gone to the trouble of leaving a handwritten note on how to use the electric blind in the bedroom but didn’t think they needed to tell us what a black plastic fob was for. I think that is far more important! So I took it upon myself to leave a handwritten note for your next guests as I would hate for this unnecessary thing to happen to anyone else.
