A nice and helpful family who owns the hotel. A small number of rooms in the hotel, quiet area.
It was stated at the time of booking that there is a private bathroom. In fact, it turned out that this was not the case, there was only a shared bathroom on the floor.

We chose this place due to its close proximity to where we had to catch a bus for our visa. The room was good and nice clean bathroom. The owners seem nice enough but except for the day we checked out no real contact but the owner gave us his number in case we had any problems while we were out they lived on premises.
The bed was way too hard for me . I have had hard beds in Vietnam over the years but this was too hard and the pillow too flat . No coffee or tea
