I really enjoyed staying as the proprietor Kanin of a very gracious host. I had a great time and.would stay again!

I stayed there for about a week. Kenan was nice and available. Room was so so big and spacious and the location was in Japanese area, convenient, pretty central. Bed was huge. It’s ideal for 2-3 people. Good wifi. Let me stay extra 2 nights in a big room for the price of smaller room.

Water flow almost gone when trying to switch to hot water, and shower means a lot to me, so had colder showers:( No mosquito repellent, balcony was not clean and facilities pretty old which is felt especially in the bathroom. Was asked to keep AC on specific temperature all the time (which is odd) but woke up too hot at night so lowered it.

Проживание недорогое и в хорошем районе, очень доброжелательные хозяева - отец и сын.

Очень неудобная и твёрдая кровать, моя спина мёртвая после недели на этой кровати(( Квартира находится относительно в хорошем районе, однако чтобы выйти к метро на главную улицу необходимо идти минут 12 по проезжей дороге где нет тротуара, очень некомфортно, машины и мотобайки едут просто рядом с тобой. Общая ванная не очень чистая, кажется никто не чистит там, раковина всегда грязная. Там же очень сильная слышимость, дверь в комнате напротив сильно скрипит, когда мой сосед приходил поздно ночью я не могла спать. Как минимум нужно смазать эту скрипучую дверь.
