Very clean and fantastic hospitality from the owner/staff

The hotel appears newly renovated very well presented clean as was the daily room service. It is well facilitated and maintained However it currently sits within a construction/building site with the three surrounding hotels being completely rebuilt so you are woken 630am most if not all mornings by the huge cranes, banging, building noise, cars arriving for work, and that also forms your view. The hotel did not mention this, I asked if there was an outdoor space to utilise and the response was yes but there might be some noise from a building next door In honesty if we knew it was actually being built we would not have booked The hoste is cold and not very approachable but that could be a language barrier

The fact I was in a building site three other hotels immediately around us undergoing extensive renovations
