As soon as we entered the first room, we noticed that there were insects, mold on the walls, and obvious water stains. After complaining at the reception desk, we were assigned another room—but the condition there was just as bad. Even after further room changes, it turned out that all rooms had similar hygienic and structural deficiencies. Due to these unacceptable conditions, it was impossible for us to stay at the hotel, as the rooms did not meet the minimum standards of cleanliness and safety in any way. In addition, there was a massive breach of security and data protection: any room card could be used to open any other room. When we wanted to retrieve our belongings from the old room, we encountered strangers who were having intercourse at the time. This constitutes a serious breach of the hotel's security obligations. To make matters worse, our personal belongings were packed up by hotel staff without our consent and moved to another room without us being informed. This behavior is unacceptable and constitutes a significant invasion of our privacy.

Everything. The hotel is located in a very bad, horrible neighborhood. It is not clean. It stinks. There are bedbugs everywhere and I got several bites throughout my body. The restroom are not clean, there is fungus everywhere and the walls of the room are dirty

A terrible experience. The bathroom was the worst part — dirty, full of mold and stains, and it smelled so bad it was disgusting to take a shower. Being cheap shouldn’t mean being filthy. It was absolutely gross, like a public restroom. The pillows and bed covers were old and full of holes, the floor was sticky and dirty, and everything smelled like cigarette smoke. The walls and doors were stained and neglected. The area was also unsafe — bad smell, noisy at night, and people drinking outside. I would not recommend this place at all.

Bed sheets and duvet covers were freshly washed and pillow were nice. The view from 6th floor was very nice.

Everything was worse then imagined. Floors weren’t cleaned. Bed didn’t even have headboards. It said no smoking room but it smelled of cigarettes. Bathroom was dirty. The room heater didn’t work. The lift/looby area looked dodgy and scary.

The location. The comfort of the rooms (if the shower.is works and the TV is set up and you have no plans your not going to get bored or have many complaints

The staff are nice. I've known them for a.long time so I personally had some problems with the price that are unique to me. If your visiting the first time.and.paying under 100 euros and the room has no problems its seriously a good.deal and the staff aren't rude or.anything out of the ordinary

This hotel is awful, unorganized, unhygienic, has poor maintenance, and is dirty. When I arrived at reception, an unknown man was standing there who didn’t know English and had a hard time talking to me. In the room where I was admitted, there was dirt and dust on everything. The money was paid in advance, and when I asked for checkout, they refused to refund the money. I have been to a lot of places in this world, but I have never seen something so unorganized and messed up. I came across a great manager who understood that I wanted help and changed my room, but next to it, horrific things were happening. Noise, smoking in the room, smell, and the endless sound of music I don’t recommend this hotel, and it will be great if leadership makes the decision to change staff and cleaners and improve the overall standard, which I think will never be fixed. I don’t have time to fight. I want a refund from the booking service because it has this horrific hotel on the list.

It was an emergency, last-minute reservation for me and if that's not your case, stay elsewhere.

The female receptionist at my checkout was nice.

I requested an invoice and had to ask three times for it to actually be sent. The furniture was in bad need of repair. The bathroom cosmetics were the worst I've had at a hotel. The lift was covered in nasty graffiti (how on earth does that happen in a staffed hotel?). There is a no guest policy, apparently (the hotel does not inform of this on Booking) -- what kind of prison is that?
