The vacation home, with a spacious 75 m2, is equipped to accommodate up to 4 people (+ a toddler in a crib).
Each of the two bedrooms with double beds has its own bathroom with a shower and toilet. In the stylishly furnished living room, you can relax on 2 couches and an armchair, and enjoy the wood-burning stove and TV (with Blu-ray/DVD player). The kitchen area is fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and all essential small appliances. The cozy dining area with a corner bench invites you to linger. An additional multipurpose room with a daybed, small TV (with built-in DVD player), and folding table can be used as a game room or home office; however, it is primarily equipped for use by the owner’s family. The pleasant southwest-facing terrace is furnished with a seating area, folding chairs with cushions, lounge chairs, and an electric awning. The hedge, which is set at a sufficient distance, also provides this terrace area with a degree of privacy. All windows have tilt-and-turn hardware with fly screens. Of course, the following are provided: smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, a first-aid kit, an ironing board, a clothes rack, a travel crib with a mattress and a high chair for small children, suggestions for hikes and tours (in carefully organized folders), plenty of reading material, games, a CD and DVD collection, HD satellite TV, a hi-fi system (radio, CD player, Bluetooth), and a DSL connection with Wi-Fi (free of charge).
The Lauterdörfle Vacation Park is located in a quiet setting on the outskirts of the climatic health resort of Hayingen, in the heart of the UNESCO Swabian Alb Biosphere Reserve. You’ll stay in a peaceful vacation park situated on a gently sloping ridge right next to the forest. 105 cozy wooden cottages (50 of which are managed by H&P Touristik GmbH) are available for your stay. With three or four rooms (approx. 45–80 m²), they offer ample space for up to six people. The vacation park is car-free; handcarts are available for transporting luggage to your cottage. As a special service, we’re also happy to transport our guests’ heavy luggage to their vacation home via e-scooter.
In addition, the Lauterdörfle features a [[85|conference room]] (for up to 40 people) for family celebrations, workshops, and other events. You can obtain more information about this at our rental office.
Recreational Activities: In addition to a mini-golf course (for a fee), Lauterdörfle also features a tennis court, a basketball court, and a soccer field, as well as outdoor chess, two children’s playgrounds, and a covered playhouse with foosball and table tennis.
Canoeing on the Lauter and Danube rivers, tobogganing on the summer toboggan run, hiking, biking, and golf—the area around the Lauterdörfle vacation park has plenty to offer. Relax at the thermal baths in Bad Urach and Saulgau or at one of the recreational pools in Neu-Ulm, Blaustein, or Albstadt. Explore caves, castles, breweries, or monasteries. Or take your children to Ravensburger Spieleland or Legoland. In winter, you can explore the area on cross-country skis, by sled, or on a snowshoe hike.
