House No. 95 warmly welcomes you!
I am a lovingly furnished Scandinavian-style wooden house. My wind-protected terrace faces south. With its table, corner bench, chairs, and awning, it’s the perfect spot to relax. A large lawn offers plenty of space for fun and games or for unwinding on the lounge chairs. I’m located right in the heart of town, so everything is within easy reach.
Far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, you’ll stay in a house featuring two bedrooms with raised double beds. The comfortable built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, and electric kettle. The open dining area is perfect for sharing meals together. The living room, featuring a wood-burning stove and a comfortable couch, offers plenty of space for playing, reading, or simply relaxing. The bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in rain shower, a beautiful vanity, and a toilet—it’s the perfect place to freshen up. A second separate shower room with a sink and toilet is also available. There is a private safe, smoke detectors in all rooms, and a first-aid kit for life’s little mishaps. An information folder is provided for you. The cushions and pads for the lounge chairs are stored in the separate storage room.
Additionally, I provide a TV with Sky, a DVD player, and a hi-fi system with an iPod/iPhone dock and USB port.

The Lauterdörfle Vacation Park is located in a quiet setting on the outskirts of the health resort town of Hayingen, right in the heart of the UNESCO Swabian Alb Biosphere Reserve. You’ll stay in a peaceful vacation park situated on a gently sloping ridge right next to the forest. 105 cozy wooden cottages (50 of which are managed by H&P Touristik GmbH) are available for your stay. With three or four rooms (approx. 45–80 m²), they offer ample space for up to six people. The vacation park is car-free; hand carts are available to transport luggage to your cabin. As a special service, we’re also happy to transport our guests’ heavy luggage to their vacation home via e-scooter.
In addition, Lauterdörfle features a [[85|conference room]] (for up to 40 people) for family celebrations, workshops, and other events. You can obtain more information at our rental office.
Recreational Activities: In addition to a mini-golf course (for a fee), Lauterdörfle also features a tennis court, a basketball court, and a soccer field, as well as outdoor chess, two children’s playgrounds, and a covered playhouse with foosball and table tennis.
Canoeing on the Lauter and Danube rivers, tobogganing on the summer toboggan run, hiking, biking, and golf—the area around the Lauterdörfle vacation park has plenty to offer. Relax at the thermal baths in Bad Urach and Saulgau or at one of the recreational pools in Neu-Ulm, Blaustein, or Albstadt. Explore caves, castles, breweries, or monasteries. Or take your children to Ravensburger Spieleland or Legoland. In winter, you can explore the area on cross-country skis, by sled, or on a snowshoe hike.
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
