The private patio is the perfect place to sip some coffee each morning while you decide how to spend the day. Inside, you’ll find an open layout, calming, neutral decor, and a full, well-equipped kitchen. Between the barstools at the breakfast bar and the table for four, there’s plenty of mealtime seating. Grab a spot on either sofa and unwind in the central AC each evening. Four streaming-capable TVs and free, high-speed WiFi provide entertainment options, or step out to one of many local restaurants for a night out. With such a comfortable stay and quiet, convenient location, the only question left is how many extra days you’ll book!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
