Come drink, eat & stay on your next getaway to the beautiful Texas Hill Country!
The Space:

Looking for the perfect spot to spend your time in Fredericksburg? Come and stay in one of our cozy tiny homes; each one has its own unique style and layout. Tiny but spacious describes the home's interior. Each has a comfortable place to sit and relax and a full kitchen for making a delicious snack or meal. Outside you have your own private patio to take in the stunning sunset while sipping on a glass of wine. What are you waiting for? ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

We stayed here for a short girls weekend getaway. The house was great and everyone was super responsive and helpful. There was some confusion around amenities, however the staff at the property were accommodating and explained the situation. Definitely would stay again.

We were in town for a wedding and were able to make a big family weekend of it thanks to the tiny houses. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the patios and hanging out in the evening. There were enough beds for our family of 6. Everything was perfect.
