Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 3 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 10.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Location was great. Views were beautiful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved having options to choose from when it came to pools, Beach, and food/beverages.

The condo was great. There wasn't a skillet, I suggest a set of pots and pans. There is one chair at the table that has a leg bent; two chairs on balcony are cracking; a picture fell off of wall in the living room. Other than that the condo had plenty of room and a great price. Would stuay here again.

The location was good. However, the elevators were horrid. Long wait times for the elevator to come.
The condition of the unit was poor.
The dryer would only run on one setting and you had to to run it through 2 cycles to get the clothes dry.
The back bedroom was fine.
The middle bedroom blind would not go all the way to the bottom, so therefore light shown in the bedroom at night from the outside hallway. Bathroom was showing wear.
The kitchen stove front left burner was cracked and unusable. The oven top element was burned out and oven could not be used.
The covering on one of the cabinet drawers was peeling off.
The living room furniture was extremely dirty with spots all over it. They had it steam cleaned but it did not come clean. I put a sheet over part of the couch so we could sit on it.
Overall, I have no plans to return.
