Beautiful and modern duplex with terrace with capacity for 5 people in Malgrat de Mar, disposes of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, air conditioning in the living room and free wifi.

People on the property:
· The house is rented completely for the exclusive use of the guests.
· The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property data, including adults and children.
· The property can only accommodate the number of people in the reservation and there can be no more people staying / visiting the property at the same time.

Check in:
· The minimum age to reserve and check-in is 25 years old.
· It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. Other documents will not be accepted.

- Option of direct delivery of keys at the accommodation. This must be requested 48 hours before the day of check-in. Cost for direct entry: 20 euros

Late arrival option from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.: Price €50 per reservation (payment on arrival)
Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price €100 per reservation (payment on arrival)
· Option outside check-in hours with a safety box in the office at no cost.

·No show on the day of check-in, no refund of the reservation is made.

·Payment of the mandatory tourist tax: Price €1 per night/person +16 years and maximum payment for 7 nights.

Cleaning:
. The house must be properly collected, the dishes clean and the rubbish deposited in the containers on the street before check-out, otherwise, a fee of €100 will be charged from the guarantee deposit.

Beach towels are not provided.

Keys:
· Loss of property keys: Price €100 per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Forgotten keys inside the property or inside the main door lock and need to be opened by a locksmith: the price will depends on the technician's rate and will be paid on site to the technician.
Reglas:

· Guests agree to respect the rules of the property and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

· Parties or celebrations are not allowed on the property.

· Pets Allowed at 10 kg: it has an extra cost of 6€/day/pet, for bookings of more than 7 days the maximum cost will be 42€/booking/pet.

· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.
