The spacious, two-story interior comes well-appointed with all the comforts of home. The kitchen features gorgeous counters and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and dishwasher for easy home cooking and cleanup. Evenings can be enjoyed in the living area with shows and movies on the smart TV. Essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

The fireplace is not aoperational.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

check-in was smooth. Kitchen facilities were fine. The icemaker made ice, but didn't drop it. otherwise, we didn't need a thing in the kitchen

This house was perfect for our family vacation. It is perfectly located near the beach and shops, and was very clean and updated.

The house had a great location. Inside it looked clean but as we stayed through the week, we discovered lots of dust and cobwebs. The second story screened porch has stains from dogs using it as a bathroom and there were pee puddles when we arrived. The fenced yard was nice for my two small dogs but a skunk appeared from under the deck on our last night and sprayed both dogs. Such a mess to deal with. The yard does not get cleaned up often. A big cardboard box was on the deck when we arrived, trash from the last tenant. There were large dog poops left behind in the grass and on the deck. The icemaker did not work and maintenance came and said they could not fix it. We found ants in the kitchen cupboards. The AC worked great, very cold when you need it. Manager responded quickly but did not really address my issues.
