The coffee maker didn't work right; the pot is too small for the machine, so the coffee didn't drain into the pot.
The front porch, second floor, had lots of broken off pieces of wicker on it. Dirty under some of the beds.

It was in a great location only a block from downtown Bethany. It was about a three minute walk from house to the beach. The house was very nice and had a wonderful kitchen and bedrooms.
The trash in the kitchen was completely full when we got there and had trouble finding the outdoor trash can. One of the toilets upstairs was backed up but was able to get maintenance to come the next day. Their fine print fees were very excessive to me, it was over $600 over the base price for taxes and fees. One was just a simple destination fee for 9%.
