We booked on very short notice. After having problems with a different rental from a different company. The owner was very easy to contact. In a situation that would have ruined our family vacation this place saved it. The house was very clean. Well supplied with items we didn’t bring with us. The neighborhood is a newer suburb type of area. Rather quiet and not a lot of traffic through the streets. I would absolutely rent it again.

Overall this was a great place to stay! We were able to park our minivan in the garage and took several walks in the neighborhood while there for 9 days. The kids and I loved the pool table! The house was very clean. I had some trouble figuring out how the thermostat was programmed. It stayed nice and cool even though it was over 90 degrees on several days, but sometimes it was too cold. Kitchen was nice and clean, but it would have been nice if there were more bowls and regular sized spoons as well as other kitchen utensils. Overall we loved our stay!

I came to CO to try hiking for the first time, and specifically booked a home with a hot tub to help my recovery. Hot tub was inoperable and host did not respond to my complaint.
