The comfy living area boasts a Gulf-view wall of windows, and all three bedrooms have direct access to a Gulf-view balcony! A private washer/dryer and central AC add convenience to your stay.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The condo is everything that you see in the pictures!! I felt like we were living in a New York condo in Florida. It was very clean and homely. We are already looking forward our next visit!!!

We loved everything. Nicest, cleanest, most well stocked unit we’ve stayed in at Surfside and that’s saying something since we’ve been staying there for around 25 years now.
