Relax with the whole family at this spacious condo in Mission Beach! This unit is steps from the ocean/boardwalk, and close to tons of shopping, restaurants, and bars. If you are looking for a place where you can walk everywhere- you have found it! With fresh, new decor, a fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals, A/C, speedy WIFI, smart TVs, and two parking places (for smaller cars only), this home is sure to give your friends and family a perfect beach getaway!
This home was completely redecorated to provide a bright and modern feel. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a cozy bed and bedding to give you a great night sleep after a long day playing in the sun!

The house is steps to the ocean and bay. The location makes it easy for every age to have fun. Here are just some of the things offered within walking distance.
Swimming, body surfing, boogie boarding, surfing in the ocean, boating in mission bay, grabbing a drink and amazing food at local oceanfront bars and restaurants, playing arcade games and riding the rollercoaster at Belmont Park, walking, running, rollerblading, and skateboarding along the boardwalk with unbelievable sunsets, and much much more.
Sea World is just a 4 or 5 minute drive, Downtown (where the padres stadium, Gaslamp district and the convention center are all located) is 10 minutes, Airport is 10 minutes, San Diego zoo is 15 minutes!
Parking:
There is a tandem parking space where you can park 2 compact size vehicles. Please note that the the parking is very tight. If your vehicles do not fit, there is free street parking in the neighborhood. The space can fit up to a mid-size SUV or minivan, anything larger most likely will not fit in the space.

This rental was the perfect place for my partner and our teen children. Plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms. Everything was very clean and there were plenty of beach accessories. The location was also amazing. We could walk to the beach, bay, and Belmont easily. The coffee shop next door was the cherry on top! Would recommend this rental all family and friends.

We had a great time! Close to the beach and the bay, and great communication with our host. We traveled with folks from the age 6-64 and it worked for all of us.
Our plane arrived before check in and although there wasn’t an early check in option, we were able to leave our bags and hangout at the beach until it was time. Which was super nice.
The house is really clean, and super comfortable. There’s room for everyone to spread out which was really nice.
Loved being so close to the water, it’s literally just minutes away.
The master bedroom was fantastic, and no complaints about the room closest to the front door, but the middle room definitely needs a new mattress. Put kids in there if you have them, their backs won’t notice 😊.
One thing to consider, there are a lot of stairs, three floors total. I loved that the bedrooms are all in one place and the living room and kitchen are on a separate floor, makes it easy for folks to not be disturbed if they want to go to bed early.
Overall we had a great stay! Close to the beach, the bay, food, Belmont park is just a skip away, PB is close if you want to party down, maybe 20 minutes from the airport/downtown/gaslamp/little Italy. Highly recommend!
