Our new, high-quality apartments are perfectly located for your vacation in the Schladming-Dachstein region, both in summer and winter.
On-site costs: Additional information We are a smoke-free property. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets. Accommodation tax: The accommodation tax is €3.50 per person per day and will be billed separately. Children under the age of 15 are exempt from the accommodation tax. Minimum Stay The minimum stay is 3 nights during the early, mid, and off seasons, and 7 nights during the peak season. Short-stay surcharge: €10 per adult per night (for 1 to 2 nights) Final cleaning fee: €50 for Apartment 1; €75 for Apartments 2 and 3. Payment: For confirmed reservations, please transfer a deposit of 30% per booked apartment to our account AT 36 3811 3000 0023 3486 at Raiffeisenbank Gröbming. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro. Advance bank transfers are also possible. Check-In / Check-Out The apartments are available for check-in starting at 3:00 PM and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Cancellation Policy • Free of charge up to 30 days before arrival • 30% cancellation fee of the total price from 29 to 14 days before arrival • 50% cancellation fee of the total price from 13 to 7 days before arrival • and 6 days or less before arrival, or in case of no-show: 90% cancellation fee of the total price
