Make your way to this colorful and cheery, two-story condo just one mile from John West Park, where you'll enjoy updated features and comfortable furnishings as well as access to some fantastic resort amenities!
This wonderful retreat boasts a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar for quick snacks or chats with the cook, while sit-down meals can be enjoyed together in the formal dining room. In the evenings, gather in the living area and stream your favorite channels, or head out to the screened, furnished patio to close out your days with cocktails and conversation.
For an additional fee, you and your guests are also welcome to sample the many resort amenities available through Bayside at Bethany Lakes. This includes pools, sports courts, and a fitness center.

THINGS TO KNOW
For use of amenities, guests are required to pre-register and pay a resort fee. The resort fee from May 15 to September 15 is $45 per person per week or $25 per person for 3 days or less. The resort fee from September 16 - May 14 is $30 per person per week or $20 per person for 3 days or less. Guests opting to use the amenities must pay ahead of time via PayPay and will receive a key FOB for access. Guests must return the key FOB to the check-in office or guests will be charged for replacement. There is also a limited day pass option: Daily passes are $10 per person per day and will be available on a limited basis (M-F excluding holidays starting at 9:00 a.m.). No key FOBs are available for daily use. All guests must abide by all community rules, including signing in and out of the Clubhouse.
The outdoor pool is generally open from Memorial Day through Labor Day each year, but the dates may extend beyond Labor Day as weather permits.
Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access.
Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Easy check-in, were granted an early check-in at no charge. Very clean and beautiful home lots of space. Beautiful kitchen that was well stocked with bowls, pots, pans, utensils, etc. Will definitely stay here again. We had a great week, easy ride to the Bethany Beach, right near a beautiful nature path and grocery store.

Well kept home with comfortable furniture and plenty of dishes and room for enjoying family meals. I would have liked to have known there were no tvs in any of the bedrooms.

Bayside at Bethany Lakes was a Perfect location for our family vaca! Very friendly with a ton of amenities. We used the Pickleball courts, pool and club game room daily. Drinks on the sunset deck overlooking the bay is a most do. The house was even better. Very large master and 2nd master. The 2 TV lounging rooms are ideal for early mornings and then late-night games or movies. The kitchen was perfect size for our family cooking. We did a TopSail Steamer Pot night, and highly recommend (do it night before trash collection)! We will definitely be renting this house next year!

Probably not the best time to plan a beach trip. The area was so congested until the Sunday after the holiday. We have never experienced the area that populated. If you found a parking spot at beach your next hurdle was finding an open area on the beach to put your chair. Go early am to beat the crowd for sure and don’t go on the holiday. It was miserable navigating the crowd and then the town takes the one parking lot to set up a famers market for a number of hours. The home was overall nice- really needs a deep clean and new slip covers for all the couches. Amenities were good. Bring your eye masks if you want to sleep in because the blinds do little for the am Sun
